The Arts Guild New Jersey is a non profit multidisciplinary center for the
arts located in the downtown Arts District of Rahway.
It is the Mission of this Arts Guild to provide quality arts programs for
the Northern and Central New Jersey area. This is an ArtS Guild, and our aim
is to be inclusive of the arts in a broad sense: Visual Arts, Musical
performances, Art Classes, Workshops, Film, lectures and talks about various
aspects of the Arts and other activities providing education or information
about the arts are all to be found at The Arts Guild New Jersey.
It has been our choice to focus on the New Jersey arts community. Our art
exhibits and concerts almost exclusively focus on the work of New jersey
based talent. Our gallery has featured literally hundreds of emerging
artists from around the State in a gallery that has proven to be an
exceptional space for the presentation of visual arts. Our shows run the
gamut of styles , techniques and media, but the underlying principle is
outstanding art.
The Music series at the Arts Guild has focussed on the presentation of Jazz
and there have been many fine performers at the Guild since the program
began in 1999. Many of the musicians featured here have national and
international performing and recording credits. Many have played with the
top names in the Jazz field.
In education, the Guild is providing an increasing schedule of classes and
workshops taught by a solid staff of experienced art educators, providing
instruction for all levels of experience
The Arts Guild New Jersey can offer you many opportunities to see, hear and
learn the finest
that the arts have to offer. The Guild is one of the few venues for these
kinds of programs in our area. It is definitely the place to visit for the
Fine Arts, Music And Art Education.
