A few tips for savings…
The Arts Guild New Jersey has presented art classes for adults and children since 2000 and our classes and workshop fees have not increased during that time. We are here to provide many ways for people to learn to make art and we have maintained the most affordable prices for these classes and workshops as we can—we want people to enjoy themselves and learn to paint, draw and be creative.

We are keenly aware that costs for just about everything we need to buy are much higher than just a few years ago, and even though that has affected several of the corporate and foundation grants we have been receiving that enable us to continue our classes and music and art exhibits—we’re doing all we can to continue to offer these great programs for you and your children to enjoy.

Here are a few things we have available that could help you save money and still continue to come here for the classes and workshops you want.

DISCOUNTS: Consider becoming a Member of the Arts Guild—Did you know that membership entitles adults to a $15.00 discount to classes. If you sign up as a member—there are several rates for seniors, art educators, students, adults and families—any classes you take during one-year membership will cost you less.

TUESDAYS 7:00 - 9:30 PM
Artists Responsible For Their Own Materials/Supplies. No Instructor
$65 For All 8 Weeks In Advance
OR $10 Per Session—-Pay By The Week.

ONE-YEAR MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES & FEES:
Senior $25.00
Art Educators $30.00
Students
(up to 18 years)
$15.00
Individual Adult $40.00
Family $60.00
The average adult art class cost up to $150.00 for the 8-week session (up to 20 hours of class time). If you become a member you will save $15.00 off the cost of each class you take. If you take two classes this year—your membership more than pays for itself.

NEW—STUDENT (YOUTH) DISCOUNTS Sign up for the student or family membership and receive $5.00 off the cost of any children or teen class.

NEW—Members will receive a $5.00 discount off the fee for any adult one-day workshop.

SCHOLARSHIPS—This year, from funds we have raised for this purpose your child could be eligible for a $25.00 reduction in regular children or teen classes. If your child currently qualifies for the free lunch or a reduced price lunch program in your public school system, we will lower their class fee by $25.00 for each class they take. Average children’s class fees are $75.00—you would only pay $50.00 per class

Times are tough…and we believe it is very important to keep arts programs like these available and accessible to all people who want to learn to be creative. These choices may help you or your children continue to take your favorite classes.

We Hope to see you this year!

Sincerely,
Lawrence Cappiello
